Een schitterende tekenfilm naar de beroemde satire van Jonathan Swift. Gullivers schip vergaat en als enige overlevende spoelt hij aan op het eiland Lilliput. Daar wordt hij door de bewoners gevangen genomen en naar de Keizer gebracht.
Na vele avonturen met de lilliputtertjes hoort hij dat een sloep van zijn schip is aangespoeld. De sloep wordt zeewaardig gemaakt en vol goede moed gaat Gulliver naar huis.
